Problem:
Neutral conductor interruption can cause:
- Neutral point shift
- Overvoltage up to ~400V

Standard RCCB Limitation:

- Do NOT detect neutral interruption on supply side

Automatically disconnect within 150 ms
Cannot be switched on if N and phase are interchanged
