We have taken in stock of the brand new “Stud Terminals” from FTG.

The terminal can be DIN Rail Mounted/Plate Mounted and comes with a stud and nut (stud size varies based on the cross section size the cable will take).

The terminal is designed to make a joint between 2 cables that are terminated with lugs.

They all have breakouts on the side that allows a copper busbar also fit into place. This means, you can bring one cable in and bus across to several terminals giving the installer several outgoing cables.

The new FTG stud terminals guarantee a secure electrical connection and allow rated currents of up to 415 amps and an operating voltage of up to 1,000 volts.

The terminals come in several colours (Brown, Black, Grey, Blue Green and Red) so you can indicated on the terminal what Phase, Neutral, Earth or even the Positive and Negative on a DC supply.

Our stock profile starts at 35mm Square. We also carry 70mm Square, 120mm Square, 185mm Square and 240mm Square. At the time of writing this, we have taken stock of Brown, Black, Grey, Blue and Green.
