Covid-19 Update


We would like to assure our clients that we are still open and operating.  There have been some changes to protect our staff and clients.

We remain open but several staff are working from home.

All staff have been kept separated, everyone will operate from their own area with absolute minimal contact.  The offices and workshops have no more than 1 person in them.

The Trade Counter is closed and we are asking our clients to please be patient; we will ship orders with our partner carriers to your premises as soon as is possible.

As the electrical industry has been considered an essential industry in the current crisis, we understand that clients may need goods urgently; if that is the case, please inform us that it’s an emergency and discuss our collection procedures via phone or email.


Lunches are being eaten at staff’s own desks and no more than 1 person is allowed in the canteen at any one time.

Hand sanitizer has been placed around the building for staff use.

Procedures have been put in place for deliveries to the warehouse to minimise contact.

Signs have been placed around the premises reminding staff to wash hands before moving into a communal area.

Our reps have been asked to work from home.

We are still here from 8-5 Monday – Thursday and 8-4 on Friday.

While we have put in a huge amount of changes to keep us safe, we don’t believe our clients will see any difference in the service we provide.
